Anna + driver did a fantastic job. The negative comments here are nonsense. They kept all promises, took great care of our cat and kept in touch regularly. The cat arrived on time and in best condition. we highly recommend them. Thank you so much :)

The worst experience we have ever had. No communication, non-existent customer service, total uncertainty , feedback ZERO. No empathic , of course. If you want to entrust the transport of your pet, Anna is not the right person. Kamil is the driver so rude

Great! Communication with Anna and Kamil was quick, clear and complete. Pick up and delivery where made according to plan and Kamil sent 2 or 3 times a day pictures or videos, with our dog having fun. They clearly took very good care!

Transport dużego psa 600km odbył się bezproblemowo. Bardzo sympatyczny, oddany zwierzakom kierowca P. Kamil posiadał wszystkie uprawnienia, jak i również uprawniony samochód. Cena rewelacja, kontakt z firmą b. dobry, profesjonalna firma, POLECAM!!

Niestety transakcja nie powiodła się. Samochód na trasie zepsuł się i czas oczekiwania na odbiór wydłużyłby się o kilka dni wiec zrezygnowałam. Kontakt z osoba odpowiedzialna był ok.

Absolut keine Kommunikation, es gibt keine Antworten auf meine Mails, ich habe keine Bestätigung bekommen, dass das mit dem Transport was wird. Von daher weiß ich es immer noch nicht. Gehe aber mal davon aus, dass das nicht klappt.

I can’t fault Anna and her team. The driver Kamil kept me informed about the journey and how my Elza was doing ( photos included via WhatsApp). If you’re looking for reliable pet transporter, then look no further. I highly recommend Anna.

No lo recomiendo, Quedó en pasarme el contrato y nunca me lo envió, además no me respondió más el WhatsApp, mala comunicación de parte de la empresa. Una pena ya que necesitaba el servicio, ahora tendré que buscar otra empresa para transportar mi perro.

Nie polecam. Brak umowy, płatność tylko gotówką. Transport odwołany w dniu wyjazdu, potem z dnia na dzień. Brak aktywnej komunikacji. Wyprawka z jedzeniem dla kota pomylona. Dokumentów kota nie dostałam do dziś - już prawie 3 tygodnie!
